Feta Crostinis



8 ounce demi baguette, cut into 12 equal slices

1 tablespoon Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil (or olive oil)

12 teaspoons Wildtree Sweet Onion Spread (or sweet jam)

3 tablespoons feta, crumbles

¼ cup chopped walnuts

How to make:

To make the crostini set broiler to high and position rack to the highest setting. Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet and brush them with oil. Broil until golden brown and crisp, about 1-2 minutes. Keep an eye on them because they will burn very quick. Remove from oven spread 1 teaspoon of Onion Spread on each slice, top with feta and walnuts, serve with prepared soup.
