Boil your pasta according to direction on the package. Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves and cut your mozzarella cheese into small bite-size cubes. Add the pasta, mozarella and tomatoes to a serving dish.
In a coffee mug, pour the balsamic vinaigrette into the cup until it is 75% full. Add about 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil. Flavor with your favorite Italian herbs or seasoning. Mix contents in cup thoroughly. Pour sauce on top of pasta and toss thoroughly. You may want to refrigerate for 1-3 hours to allow flavors meld together.
