Calling all busy moms! It doesn’t get any easier than this! This is an easy way to prepare “chicken strips” that are much easier than the fried version.
What you need:
Cork Flakes cereal (unsweetened)
How to make:
Preheat oven to 350. Put corn flakes in a large Ziplock bag, secure well and mash the cereal into tiny bits (this is a favorite for kids!). Cut chicken into strips or nuggets. Dip chicken into milk, then roll chicken in the cereal and make a “breading”. Place chicken on cookie sheet and bake for 25-35 minutes (until chicken is cooked through and cereal is crispy). Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
